When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from MEGAN PARK. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with MEGAN PARK. MEGAN PARK reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. MEGAN PARK also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from MEGAN PARK again, just sign up as you did the first time and MEGAN PARK will start sending messages to you again.

For support regarding our services, email us at customercare@meganpark.com.au or, if supported, text "HELP" to at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. If we include a link in messages we send you from MEGAN PARK, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.
Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at customercare@meganpark.com.au. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Payment Options
MEGAN PARK offers the following payment options for purchases from our e-boutique: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and AfterPay
Please note: AfterPay is applicable to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Available with Visa / MasterCard debit and credit cards. AfterPay allows you to shop now and then pay over time, to a maximum of $1000, across 4 equal fortnightly instalments.
Item Availability
Megan Park offers its merchandise in good faith that the items are available at the time of purchase. Megan Park endeavors to ensure stock availability is accurate at all times, but from time to time items may be sold out before stock is updated. Megan Park makes every effort to display accurately the colours of its products but on different monitors this may vary.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards may only be used for purchases in Megan Park stores and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Gift Cards can be redeemed both in store and online. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases in Megan Park stores. Gift Cards expire 3 years after the original issue date. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
Privacy
Megan Park respects your privacy and maintains the privacy of your information. Megan Park will not provide any details about you to third parties, unless required to do so by law.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping does not apply to sale items.
Duties and Taxes
Megan Park is not liable for any duties or taxes charged for all online orders. Please be careful when purchasing as return of these goods due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will incur an administration and return fee.

The Megan Park online boutique is registered under the company name 'MEGAN PARK PTY LTD'. All payments for purchases made online will be received by this company and processed by our 'shopify payments' internet gateway payments provider.
