Shipping within Australia

Shipping within Australia is FREE on all orders over AUD $300, while purchases under AUD $300 attract a standard flat rate of AUD $10 within Australia. 

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. For regional locations, please allow up to 5 working days. This excludes sale items which will take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.*

Megan Park uses Australia Post Express with the exception of sale items which are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post. We recommend shipping to your day (business hours) address.

Orders are dispatched on business days and during business hours, Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm EST.

 

International Shipping

Megan Park ships internationally at a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.

Delivery times will vary so please allow between 5 – 14 days for delivery. Deliveries will be couriered and at the time of dispatch you will be issued with your tracking details.*

Megan Park is not liable for any duties or taxes charged for all online orders. Please be careful when purchasing as return of these goods due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will incur an administration and return fee.

*The advised delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Megan Park is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. If you are not able to sign for your package upon delivery, this is likely to cause you delay in receiving your order. We recommend shipping to your weekday (business hours) address.

 


Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

For full-priced items

Exchanges or refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect size, or garment faults, if returned within 14 days of receipt date. Exchanges will be accepted for goods that are saleable*. Please refer to the instructions provided below for how to return your goods. 

For sale items

Exchanges will be issued for change of mind, incorrect size, or garment faults, if returned within 14 days of receipt date. Refunds will only be issued when the garments are faulty. Please refer to the instructions provided below for how to return your goods. 

    For all queries or returns we are happy to accept these at our boutiques. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided.   

    Please note that shipping charges are only refunded in the event that you have received a faulty item(s). 

    Please note for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund on earrings.

     * Saleable means that the garment is returned in its original packaging with tags still intact. This means the goods have not been worn, damaged, or washed. 

     

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

    Megan Park takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Where freight has been organised by Megan Park, the customer will be charged accordingly. Megan Park will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

     

    How To Return/Exchange Your Online Order

    Please email customercare@meganpark.com.au to request a returns authorisation number (RA#) and a returns/exchange form. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a RA#. Please fill out the returns/exchange form and send to the address as noted in the returns/exchange form.

    Online Sale Delivery Delays

    Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 5-10 business days for your delivery. Please also note that our distribution center is closed between Christmas and New Year, the delivery of some items may be affected by this closure.

    Item Availability

    Megan Park offers its merchandise in good faith that the items are available at the time of purchase. Megan Park endeavors to ensure stock availability is accurate at all times, but from time to time items may be sold out before stock is updated. Megan Park makes every effort to display accurately the colours of its products but on different monitors this may vary.

     

    Gift Cards

    Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards may only be used for purchases in Megan Park stores and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases in Megan Park stores. Gift Cards expire 12 months after issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.

     

    Privacy

    Megan Park respects your privacy and maintains the privacy of your information. Megan Park will not provide any details about you to third parties, unless required to do so by law.

     

    Complimentary Gift Wrapping

    Complimentary gift wrapping does not apply to sale items.

    The right candidate will be both an experienced style consultant and sales professional, highly motivated and immaculately groomed. 

    You will demonstrate a passion and appreciation for the brand and the story behind the label while also being a confident communicator with high quality customer service and relationship building skills.  A brand ambassador on the Gold Coast you will be responsible for assisting the store manager and other sales assistants in growing the MEGAN PARK brand, networking and taking care of your own VIP’s. 

    Working both alone and alongside other retail staff members you will be confident in your surroundings and the expectation for excellence in all that you do. 

    We are offering excellent retail pay rates for the right person commensurate to their age and experience. In addition you will receive a fully supplied wardrobe, amazing staff discounts and the opportunity earn above and beyond your base via the casual retail staff incentive program. 

    Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years retail fashion experience preferably working with high end labels, you will be reliable and flexible and have proven success at meeting sales targets.
