Casual Retail Sales Professional

Megan Park is always on the look out for potential casual retail sales professionals to work in our Gertrude Street store. While there is not a position available currently, things can change and so please do contact us if you are interested. Shipping

Shipping within Australia

Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $400. For orders below $400 a flat $10 shipping fee applies. Express shipping is available to anywhere within Australia at a cost of $15.

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. For regional locations, please allow 3-5 working days. This excludes sale items which will take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.*

Megan Park uses Australia Post Parcel Post for all domestic parcels. We recommend shipping to your day (business hours) address. If sending to a business address please include the company name.

Orders received before midday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday may be dispatched the following business day. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. 

International Shipping

Megan Park ships internationally at the following rates,

• New Zealand - a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.
• Rest of the World - a flat rate of AUD $40 per order.

Delivery times will vary so please allow between 7 – 20 days for delivery. Deliveries will be posted on Australian International Standard service and at the time of dispatch you will be issued with your tracking details.*

Megan Park is not liable for any duties or taxes charged for all online orders. Please be careful when purchasing as return of these goods due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will incur an administration and return fee.

*The advised delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. If international deliveries are not recieved within 30 days a case investigation into the package is initiated automatically.  If then confirmed lost or stolen due to no fault of Megan Park or the customer a refund will be issued.  Megan Park is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. Refunds cannot be processed until a resolution is confirmed. If you are not able to sign for your package upon delivery, this is likely to cause you delay in receiving your order. While you are permitted to change the delivery terms to 'Leave in a same place', doing this transfers the responsibility of receiving the package to the customer. We recommend shipping to your weekday (business hours) address.

Returns & Exchanges

Return for refund policy

Please note all MP Archive, sale, warehouse sale and flash sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer service and will provide you with a refund on full price items for change of mind, incorrect size, have been wrongly described, are different to the items you ordered or if deemed faulty (unless caused by you).

Returns for a refund will only be accepted if;

• The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
• The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
• The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery date
• The original receipt docket as proof of purchase is provided

NOTE: All our garments are thoroughly checked before being dispatched to you.

Please note that sale items or items on a flash sale promotion are final and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. Refunds for faulty sale items will then only be issued in the event we cannot supply an acceptable alternative or exact replacement.

Return for Exchange or credit note policy

Please note all MP Archive, sale and flash sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

Exchanges for all other Megan Park branded products excluding earrings, sale or flash sale items will only be accepted if;

• The goods are in ‘saleable condition’, in their original packaging, all tags still intact
• The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
• The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase date
• The original receipt docket as proof of purchase is provided.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Megan Park takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Where freight has been organised by Megan Park, the customer will be charged accordingly. Megan Park will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. 

How To Return/Exchange Your Online Order

Please email customercare@meganpark.com.au to request a returns authorisation number (RA#) and a returns/exchange form. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a RA#. Please fill out the returns/exchange form and send to the address as noted in the returns/exchange form. 

Online Sale Delivery Delays

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 5-10 business days for your delivery. Please also note that our distribution center is closed between Christmas and New Year, the delivery of some items may be affected by this closure.

Payment Options

MEGAN PARK offers the following payment options for purchases from our e-boutique: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and AfterPay

Please note: AfterPay is applicable to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Available with Visa / MasterCard debit and credit cards. AfterPay allows you to shop now and then pay over time, to a maximum of $1000, across 4 equal fortnightly instalments.  

Item Availability

Megan Park offers its merchandise in good faith that the items are available at the time of purchase. Megan Park endeavors to ensure stock availability is accurate at all times, but from time to time items may be sold out before stock is updated. Megan Park makes every effort to display accurately the colours of its products but on different monitors this may vary. 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards can be used for purchases in Megan Park stores and online, but cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases in Megan Park stores or online. Gift Cards expire 3 years after the original issue date. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
