The Havana Seersucker Belted Dress is the perfect summer day dress to be worn with ease with a flat sandal or dressed up with a heel for a special daytime date.  Crafted from an organic cotton seersucker, painterly rosettes in tones of pink and violet pop against the golden saffron base tone.  A multi- colored patchwork print creates the yoke and large patched pockets adding a quirky and playful accent to this dress. The smock style dress can be worn loose and voluminous or cinched back to accentuate the waist with tassel tipped neckties to be tied into a bow at the nape of the neck or to remain free and relaxed.
