Shipping within Australia

Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $400. For orders below $400 a flat $10 shipping fee applies. Express shipping is available to anywhere within Australia at a cost of $15.

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. For regional locations, please allow 3-5 working days. This excludes sale items which will take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.*

Megan Park uses Australia Post Parcel Post for all domestic parcels. We recommend shipping to your day (business hours) address. If sending to a business address please include the company name.

Orders received before midday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday may be dispatched the following business day. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

International Shipping

Megan Park ships internationally at the following rates,

• New Zealand - a flat rate of $30 per order.
• Rest of the World - a flat rate of $40 per order.

Delivery times will vary so please allow between 7 – 20 days for delivery. Deliveries will be posted on Australian International Standard service and at the time of dispatch you will be issued with your tracking details.*

Megan Park is not liable for any duties or taxes charged for all online orders. Please be careful when purchasing as return of these goods due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will incur an administration and return fee.

*The advised delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. If international deliveries are not recieved within 30 days a case investigation into the package is initiated automatically.  If then confirmed lost or stolen due to no fault of Megan Park or the customer a refund will be issued.  Megan Park is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. Refunds cannot be processed until a resolution is confirmed. If you are not able to sign for your package upon delivery, this is likely to cause you delay in receiving your order. While you are permitted to change the delivery terms to 'Leave in a same place', doing this transfers the responsibility of receiving the package to the customer. We recommend shipping to your weekday (business hours) address.
