Return for refund policy

Please note all MP Archive, sale and flash sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer service and will provide you with a refund for on full price items for change of mind, incorrect size, have been wrongly described, are different to the items you ordered or if deemed faulty (unless caused by you).

Returns for a refund will only be accepted if;

• The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
• The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
• The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery date
• The original receipt docket as proof of purchase is provided

NOTE: All our garments are thoroughly checked before being dispatched to you.

Please note that sale items or items on a flash sale promotion are final and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. Refunds for faulty sale items will then only be issued in the event we cannot supply an acceptable alternative or exact replacement.

Return for Exchange or credit note policy

Exchanges for all other Megan Park branded products excluding earrings, sale or flash sale items will only be accepted if;

• The goods are in ‘saleable condition’, in their original packaging, all tags still intact
