The Silk Velvet Belted Top in port is an elegant evening co-ordinate designed to exude a sophisticated, easy elegance for a special winter evening event.  Crafted from a luminescent silk velvet, the soft drape of this top feels almost like liquid against the skin. Silk satin buttons close the front and attached waist ties can be tightened to define the silhouette or knotted loosely to disguise the tummy.
