With a billowed gathered bodice and tiered skirt, the Silk Velvet Tiered Dress can be worn loose and voluminous or cinched back to the waist with the silk tassel tipped belt. Each tassel is encased in a beaded end cap that has been hand woven from the smallest Japanese glass beads. These intricate creations have be hand crafted by women local to Megan's factory. An social enterprise initiated by Megan's makers to upskill and teach these women the art of bead weaving has provided them the opportunity to become financially independent alongside gaining the skills that have made them an integral part of Megan's team. Crafted from a deep luxurious silk velvet in the most gorgeous olive green tone, this is a piece to take you from day to evening.
