Crafted from a rich graphite grey silk velvet, the silhouette is tailored to fall with relaxed ease from the shoulders, its simplicity accentuating the full gathered balloon sleeves. Elaborate silky fringed tassels tips the ends of the sash which can be tied in a bow to accentuate the waist. Each tassel is encased in a beaded end cap that has been hand woven from the smallest Japanese glass beads. These intricate creations have be hand crafted by women local to Megan's factory. An social enterprise initiated by Megan's makers to upskill and teach these women the art of bead weaving has provided them the opportunity to become financially independent alongside gaining the skills that have made them an integral part of Megan's team.
